We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We’ll gladly refund or exchange any used personal care products or other items purchased within 30 days of your order date when accompanied by the original eReceipt listing the price paid. All clearance items are ""final sale"" and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective.
